Rules and Regulation for students

1.) The child shall not remain absent without taking Teacher’s prior permission.

2.) The child shall be punctual in timings

3.) parents will not be allowed in the class-room during the school hours 

BUS RULES

• Students must arrive at designated stop five minutes before time.

• Students must remain seated for the entire journey.

• No student will be allowed to leave school with parents without prior intimation to the Class Teacher.

• Students must not try to open the door/ lean out/ throw anything etc. while the bus is moving.

• Students must not stand on seats/ damage or break any fitting, seats etc.

• Any damage to the school bus will be charged to the wrong doer..

• Any form of misbehavior on bus will lead to the student being disallowed access to this facility.

• Students must not fight/use abusive or unethical language/shout/move around in the bus/ disobey instruction of staff on duty.

• Students must not eat/litter in the bus.

• Visitors are allowed entry only through issue of Visitor Pass. Parents/Visitors are not allowed to meet any student during working hours without prior permission.

• School has installed CCTV cameras to cover all areas for a secure school environment.

Note: In case the school agrees to provide transport facility, it will be provided at parents’ own risk & responsibility. The school offers no guarantee that bus facility will be offered when the buses are full to capacity/do not ply in the area of your residence. It will be the responsibility of the parents/guardians 

Guidelines for Parents

• Students should always wear their School ID card.

• Parents are requested to go through their wards school diary regularly and sign remarks.

• PTM should be regularly attended to discuss the performance and progress of the child.

• Parents must check that the child carries books according to time table.

• Children should do their home work by themselves unless they require some guidance.

• For the best results parents must motivate and support their child for establishing a proper study area.

• Encourage your ward to read good books or play outdoor games, instead of just viewing TV or internet.

• Parents are requested not to accompany their wards to the class rooms at arrival time.

• At dispersal time they should collect their wards from the designated point.

• Parents are not permitted to meet teachers during school hours. In special cases, parents may be allowed to meet the teacher with prior permission from the principal/ academic in charge.

• Parents are requested to send their ward in neat and clean school uniform.

• Parents are requested to inform the school at the earliest if there is any change in address/ Tel. numbers. 

STUDENTS MUST…

• Be regular and punctual. Respect teachers through courteous language and conduct.

• Use decent language.

• Switch off the lights and fans when not in use.

• Maintain school property.

• Complete the school work and assignments on time.

• Carry school almanac daily.

• Keep class and school premises clean.

• Be responsible for any work missed in class due to absence. 

STUDENTS MUST NOT…

• Use indecent language

• Bully others

• Damage school property

• Play or run in the class/corridor

• Support fancy hairstyles/ hair colours /fashion accessories.

• Be late in reporting to class/submission of work

• Bunk classes

• Bring valuables to school

• Litter class or school

• Eat or drink during teaching periods

• Carry or wear accessories to school (coloured mufflers, warmers, goggles etc.)
